1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using pacificsmartliving.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, and warranty information accurate. Specifications, finishes, and availability may change without notice and may vary by market. Images are illustrative. Please confirm details with us or an authorised dealer before purchase.

3. Enquiries and dealer applications

Submitting an enquiry, dealer registration, or any other form on this website does not create a sales contract, dealership, or distribution agreement. Any commercial relationship is created only by a separate written agreement.

4. Warranty

Warranty coverage for our products is described on each product page and on our Warranty & Support page, and is subject to the terms in the warranty documentation supplied with the product.

5. Intellectual property

The Pacific Smart Living name, logo, product designs, photography, text, and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the website.

7. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites, such as our social media pages. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, where our head office is located, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
